Christie Kinchen and Jennifer Hibbard opened the boutique real estate firm, Twins & Co. Realty, in February 2009. From 2000-2009, we were known as ‘The Real Estate Twins Team’ and were licensed at RE/MAX Achievers, RE/MAX 2000 and Golden Desert Capital Corp.We are 4th generation real estate agents in Arizona, with real estate roots dating back over 70 years. Our brokerage specializes in the sale of unique properties, including mid century, mid-century modern, modern/contemporary, historic, green, loft, custom and luxury homes. We are experienced in the sale of bank-owned, foreclosure and short sale properties.

The hubs and I were first time home buyer newbies this time last year. Totally clueless. We knew we wanted to buy a house, that’s it.

Christie and Jenny both were such a great help! We mainly worked with Christie. She showed us over 100 houses. She was always patient and always extremely informative! Rain or shine, she showed us houses.

When we finally found THE house, it was at 8pm the night before Christie was scheduled for surgery. She worked with us on getting all of our papers in order for the offer, she was up until past midnight faxing in our offer because she didn’t want us to loose our dream home because she had to have medically necessary surgery. Seriously WHO DOES THAT!?!?!

We worked with Jenny while Christie recovered. She helped us through all the counter offers and we got a smoking deal on our house no thanks to these two!

They were there for us while we worked through the mountain of closing papers, explaining everything, yet never making us feel dumb for not knowing any of it.
