site plan includes 15 industrial condos with gated yards. 14 of the condos are 1500 square ft. and 1 is 1920 square ft. (see site plan). Each industrial condo has 750 square ft. of outdoor, paved and gated yard space. There is also a larger "anchor" space with an approximately 10,000 square ft. building with mezzanine office space. Both building types and proposed uses fit within the popular B-5 zoning. The building plans approval and permit process is nearly complete for the project. As of today, the city has requested a topographical survey which, when submitted, will complete the review process for the development agreement with the public works department. A permit would then be issued to begin working in the right of way along Old West Highway, in order to complete the main water line extension noted on the civil site plan. During this initial phase of construction, the planning and zoning department will complete its review of the building plans and issue the building permit. Both the development agreement and building permit could be issued in as little as 8 weeks.
