Realty’s designated broker, holding the highest real estate license granted by the Arizona Department of real estate; a broker license. Christie & Jennifer both have their Realtor®, ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), GRI (Graduate of the Realtor® Institute) and SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource-Certified agent) designations. Christie has been a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) since 2005 and Jennifer has been an Eco-Broker since 2008. These designations show our commitment, not only to our education, but to our careers and clientele. We possess the equivalent of a Masters degree in real estate. Only 22% of Realtors® worldwide hold the GRI designation and only 4% of Realtors® worldwide hold the ABR designation. Less than 5% of Realtors® worldwide hold the CRS designation. Less that 1% of the Realtors® worldwide hold the ABR, GRI, and CRS designations.
