Gail’s background in real estate began in Southern California, working as the Office Manager of her husband’s construction company. It was during this time that Gail developed an appreciation of the hard work and effort involved in building a quality home as well as the skills that were needed to successfully negotiate the sale of the home. With the purchase of an office computer, this was also the time that Gail’s love of computer technology began.
In 1993, Gail, along with her husband and two daughters, relocated to Arizona. Gail began working in property management of both apartments and single-family homes. However, her love of computers lead her to ASU, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, in 2001 with a BS degree in Computer Information Systems.
In 2002, Gail became a licensed REALTOR and has found that her computer skills are valuable as the real estate field has become more reliant on technology. She has lived in the Phoenix area for 19 years, giving her a keen understanding of local market conditions. Although Gail is knowledgeable in all areas of the Valley, she specializes in the beautiful retirement communities in the West Valley, and currently lives with her husband in Sun City. Gail knows the value of customer service and gives her clients the time and attention to detail that they deserve.
In her free time, Gail enjoys creating both hand-built and wheel-thrown clay artwork as well as slumping bottles in her kiln. She also enjoys spending time with her family, which includes three precious grandsons.
