Christine Battaglia

A native of Southern California, Christine has been a resident of Scottsdale for over 17 years and has an extensive history in the real estate industry. Having always been intrigued and inspired by her fathers passion and dedication to the real estate industry (He’s a retired builder from California) she always knew she’d become a Real Estate Agent. Her path into real estate began in 2002 while focusing on website design and marketing at the Art Institute of Phoenix. At that time she also decided to complete courses at the Professional Institute of Real Estate. In 2002 she earned her Associates Degree and obtained Real Estate License. Immediately out of school she spent a year processing loans full time for a local mortgage broker and has spent the last 7 years working as an Escrow Officer in the Title and Escrow industry working closely with builders, buyer’s, seller’s, their agents, lenders and all other parties imaginable during the escrow process.
On a year hiatus from her position as an Escrow Officer she worked with a busy Arizona agent as a Transaction Coordinator focusing on new home sales, condo developments and short sales. It was there that she saw first hand the individualized customer service that a real estate agent can give to their client. Something she was unable to do in the escrow business where neutrality is key. She not only recognized her own potential to give great service but she was also introduced to even more aspects of the industry that she had not learned processing loans and closing escrows.

Christine brings knowledge of the industry from 3 different perspectives and uses her knowledge and understanding of design and marketing to help clients get the customer service that they deserve.

Christine lives in Scottsdale with her boyfriend and their 4 year old son.
