Christie Lee Kinchen was born into 70+ years of real estate roots.  She is a 4th generation AZ REALTOR, associate broker and an AZ native who has been licensed and passionately practicing for over 19 years. She and her fraternal twin sister, Jennifer Hibbard (yes, they really are twins), co-own Twins & Co. Realty together. Christie is a Maricopa County Real Estate Special Commissioner and is also a Scottsdale Historic Preservation Commissioner. Twins & Co. is a boutique brokerage located in Scottsdale, Arizona and all of their agents are either relatives or long-time friends. The twins believe in having their local, family-owned business be with built based on the bonds on quality, not quantity. Christie started working in real estate at the young age of 16 for her mother, who has been an industry veteran for over 30 years. She attended both ASU and U of A to study International Business. In 1999, while attending U of A, she decided to enroll in real estate school where she fell in love and has been practicing full-time ever since. Christie holds a very special gift of heightened empathy and compassion which helps her practice business with heart. This kind of authenticity and integrity is what makes Christie such a pleasure to work with. She is the kind of gal that can’t sleep at night if something is going wrong in your deal and will do anything she can to make everything right. With this rare gift she can convert even the most unruly of REALTOR-haters by showing them the utmost care. She wishes to shift the industry image much of the public has of REALTORS as used car salesmen to what good realtors near me are truly are; trusted advisors, storytellers and match-makers. She firmly believes that when one isn’t motivated by money, but rather by genuinely serving others, the money will follow.  Christie and Twins & Co. have become the “go-to” for mid-century modern and historic homes. Christie is in the top 3% of all agents in the Arizona Regional MLS for 2017 by sales volume. She has also been honored by the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors as “40 under 40” 2015-2019.

Christie currently resides in a 1964 red brick mid-century ranch home in central-Scottsdale with her 3 silly senior dogs. In her spare time she enjoys hiking and volunteering in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, where she is a steward with the McDowell Conservancy.
